All of our locks are developed specifically for the automotive environment, and exceed lock specification for EN1303.
As locks are mechanical products they require a small amount of maintenance from time to time. We recommend GT85 lock lubricant to service your locks.
Most of our products will come with all of the necessary instructions required for installation including any fixtures and fittings. You may go to our help section for tips and any training that you may think you need.
Yes, you can order spare keys here. You will require the code from one of your original keys or from the key-card if supplied. If you do not have any of these then you will need to send us your original key for it to be decoded and copied.

All of our products and installations come with 12 months warranty as standard unless otherwise specified.
This is a very difficult question to answer as everybody has different levels of skill and tools available to them. If you are not comfortable then we will always be pleased to assist.

Installation
Depending on what you have will depend on time required, but as a rough guide for locks allow an hour per lock.
A lot of our customers have their products installed while they are working onsite themselves, at their home or place of work enabling them to go about their day to day business with the minimum of inconvenience.
All bodywork that has been cut is treated with waxoyl shutz, which is the leading anti rust treatment. This has been used in the automotive industry since the sixties.
Although we regularly deal with fleet requirements, Vanlocker are happy whatever your needs. We are specialists in owner / driver requirements.
Most of the products that we sell can either be serviced by our trained personnel or sent to the manufacturer for service.

Yes we do, all orders over £95 get free shipping.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Most of our products are despatched to you within 24 hours of order via your chosen method.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When you have received your despatch confirmation there will be instructions for order tracking.
We understand that when buying goods over the internet they may not be quite what you expected. That is why we offer you a seven day exchange or refund guarantee unless you have ordered any bespoke products.
